    Here we have a president, but  he don't rule over every thing. Another thing we have is congress to make laws. The last thing we have is a money creater, he handles the money when you get your check you go to him to get your money. There is one in every city. That is my post 5

  A.]    My community is a great place to live it has gyms, churches, and stores. When people get sick they help each other. When they get hurt somebody take their place on the job. When people get sick they go to the hostipital and it is free. Thats how my community goes.

Planning is a broad area of work that requires many different skills. Some planners specialise in a particular area of work, such as protecting the historical environment or urban design, while others work across a variety of areas. In general, key planning activities include:

• developing creative and original planning solutions to satisfy all parties;
• consulting with stakeholders and other interested parties and negotiating with developers and other professionals, such as surveyors and architects;
• assessing planning applications and enforcing and monitoring outcomes as necessary;
• researching and designing planning policies to guide development;
• researching and analysing data to help inform strategic developments, such as increases in affordable housing provision;
• designing layouts and drafting design statements;
• using information technology systems such as CAD (computer-aided design) or GIS (geographical information systems);
• attending and presenting at planning boards and appeals and at public inquiries;
• keeping up to date with legislation associated with land use;
• promoting environmental education and awareness;
• helping disadvantaged groups express their opinions about planning issues and proposals, and visiting sites to assess the effects of proposals on people or the environment;
• scheduling available resources to meet planning targets;

 This describe my utopia is different from other places and it describe us being outgoing here.

#2 Individuality

 

Here we encourage individuality. We don't care if you different from others. You could have crazy things here. Smart people will have different classes for a hour a day four times a week. At school there will be no uniforms, you will be able to wear what you decide.  Most of all you will not be force to work or people won't choose your job.

 Post #1- Daily Life and Economy

    On my island people will go to school and get an education. Here you have to finish high school, but college is optional. Jobs will be of your choice, but it depends on your education. they're no crimes. We will have sport teams. The town's residents will spend their day like they want to, but you have certain days you can miss from school and work per month. The people choose to work on the weekends. When people retire they go to the retirement home or live with their families.

Young Island Resort is a privately owned luxury resort in the Grenadines. The island itself encompasses 12.6 acres of tropical hillside surrounded by a white sandy beach and the calm waters of the Caribbean ocean and is developed with a fully-functional hotel.

The property is developed with 29 private guest cottages scattered around the island, primarily upon gentle sloping hillsides overlooking the ocean. All cottages enjoy sea view, and feature open-air garden showers and sun decks. Some cottages include private plunge pools as well. Other property features include a spa, a har-tru tennis court, a coconut bar in the sea, and 2 dining areas – one area reserved for more formal dining and the other under several thatched gazebos used for casual dining. Current buildings occupy 2.5 acres of the 12.6 acre property, allowing ample space for further development.
